This Privacy Policy explains how Advarsi LLC ("Advarsi", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Advarsi website, applications, and related services (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
We use your information to: provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Service; process your Content and generate Output; manage your account, subscription, and billing; respond to support requests; analyze and improve the Service and develop new features; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues; and comply with our legal obligations.
Some features send your Content to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) to generate Output. When you use those features, your input is transmitted to the relevant provider for processing and is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices. Please do not submit sensitive personal information you would not want processed by a third-party AI provider.
If you connect your own AI provider API key, that key is held only in your browser for your session and is not stored on our servers. Content you process using your own key is sent directly to your chosen provider under your own account and their terms.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Advarsi is based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data-protection laws than yours.
